One and a half Webers. That looks like a dizzy. FC waterpump and Tstat cover. Oil filter adaptor (probably for oil temp and pressure).

I'm doing all that one my 20B project, other than the FC and the webers.

The cap does, sorta.

On closer inspection, it looks like a non-black '74-'79 points style cap with the Trailing wires removed. Or maybe all 6 terminals are empty? Mine will be that way; naked. It's soo sexy!
