hey



so i ve finally got my 20b apart and was wondering what are some good oil system up grades without having to go to the extent of a dry sump(little bit out my price range at the moment)



any suggestions would be great

Make sure you deburr all the coolant and oil passageways in the housings as well as smoothing them out for less flow restriction.



Also, consider using racing bearings, FD rotor oil control rings and make sure your oil pump itself is within tolerances.

thanks for the feed back guys



i take it the specs for the oil pump are the same as the 13b? it should be pretty sweet

the engines only done 77,000k's but yeah beter to be safe than sorry.



does mazda still make D series housing, the reason the engines apart is cause it chipped

and apex seal and it ate both the housing and the rotor



also what can be done with the oil metering pump, are many after market ecu's able to

run them? or is there an even beter option?
