Nike Ad featuring my 20B (installed in a 1988 10th Anniversary Edition RX-7)
This is the full spread ad on the inside front cover of Men's Health (February 2004). It features the Nike Shox Turbo. The guys at Corksport.com made this possible. As a premier performance engine shop in Portland (catering to Mazdas), it's one of the first places Nike called for a photo shoot. It's a great showcase to the fantastic work they do and the attention to detail that Pineapple Racing puts into their performance engines.
I was paid $300 and gave up my rights to royalties...
$300 is $300 and it's just cool that a rotary rngine is being featured in some advertising...

Wow! And I've been displaying my engine shots for free. I'd gladly take off a shoe and toss it in the bay for $300. I'd even let someone with stinky feet place both their shoes on the engine for $150. Joking!
