Hi everybody,i have found some really good pictures of the engine bay from the ML rx8
They are claiming the car is the fastes puerto rican rotary but in reality the engine was built
NZ using an engine they sell as a package, It was tested on a R100 chassis but never shown to anyone till now,oh well here they are,late but true.

those pics you posted are not of the major league rx8.
they are of a workshops (KIWI RE) rx2 coupe from New Zealand (which unfortunately caught fir on its first pass down the drag strip and is slowly being repaired) that built the engine for major league.
and i think major leagues engine has three turbos not two.

The Major League RX8 has already set a Peurto Rico National record with a 6.81 @ 200.6 mph also taking it to the second fastest Mazda in the world!!. Kiwi-RE carried out the engine development on the car with one of our 3 rotor engine packages that we developed in house. The car is very new and has only a hand full of run's to date. We have very high expectations for this car to go to number one in the world!. This is also the only car in the world to have a KRE customer crate engine that has run under 7seconds.

thats mazfix from Australia engine in there chev berreta that has gone 6.99@201mph.
when the car had its accident it was going down the race track and got some wheel spin so the driver got off the gas then got back on it and the car wheel spun again but more harder and went sideways into the right wall just after then finish line then smashed into the other wall on the left side of the race track then came to a stop in the right lane.
the car that was in the right lane had got off the gass in his run down the drag strip and was just coasting down the track when he saw the car in the left lane crash and so he jumped on the breaks and stopped with in 10 feet of the car that crashed

There's a lot of powerfull mazdas here in Puerto Rico, for example: Siguel Racing 3rotor 20B Twin Turbo 6.89 @ 199mph. Also here in Puerto Rico is the fastest aspirated (no turbo) 3rotor 20B with 7.77 @ 171mph. the fastest 13B-2rotor turbo with 7.34 @ 180mph and the fastest 13B-2rotor aspirated with 8.05 @ 160mph.
