E-shaft Question

Just curious, are the lobes(?) 120 degrees apart on the 20b eshaft. 13b theyre 180 degrees apart, and I thought I heard the 20b is like a 13b with an extra rotor tacked on. ie rotors 1 and 3 are at 0 degrees and rotor 2 is at 180.

sorry, the 20b is 120degrees apart, and the 13b is 180. the 20b shaft looks like a 13b one with a section added on
