I'm making an Edumcated guess:

A. Hood Clearance

B. TPS Mounting and Availability issues

C. Flow

D. Elimination of double throttle plates

All of that and eliminated about 1/2 the vaccume lines and gutted out all the emissions crap built in to the lower manifold.. the back of manifold near the fire wall is dropped about 1 1/4 inches and the front is about 1 1/2" so she doesn't hit the hood. I'm still a little worried about altenator clearance on my RE Amemia hood since it dishes down a little bit below the factory hood. I'm also putting in a Microtec LTX12 computer and since I can use pretty much any TPS I want and I'm also looking for just a little bit of power out of this 20B I opted to not use the stock throttle body and go for somthing that would kick it's *** in flow capability. I also made both fuel rails and will be running 1680cc secondarys and 1000cc primary injectors. My next part of the project is making the To4 flange manifold. I got the main flange that bolts to the engine done today out of 20mm thick steel so it will reinforce the engine from twisting (I don't think I'll be needing any extra dowl pins ) and should hopfully have the manifold done some time by the end of next week if all goes well...

It is, I'm using my other FD (making a track only drag car) to do all my mock ups and subframe so I'll basicly have a kit put together to just drop in the yellow beast.. less down time that way and I can continue to drive my car every day..
