Project looks great.

Out of curiosity, is their a noticeable difference in handling when you have such a huge turbo mounted that high and so far towards the front of the engine bay? Would the car feel nose heavy or anything?

I would imagine with the weight of the block pushed so far back in the body and being so low it would counteract that.

the wieght difference isnt that much, about 50lbs, if you have a sensitive "seat of the pants" you would notice it different, but its not a huge change so thats prolly all you'd notice

I know Chris had somewhat abandoned this thread as he had one almost exactly the same going on the other Forum. But for those of you who dont know I wanted to Pass along that Chris (Ccarlisi) has passed away due to a tragic accident involving his fight with diabetes since his childhood. For any updates you can refer to and view the info posted on the rx7club forum.

As someone said late last year, Chris passed away last June. I have his car and plan to keep it. I haven't had much time to really finish it, since I have been working on my other 20b-powered FD. However, I do plan to get to it before this year's Carlisi Cruise and BBQ event August 15th and 16th.

I probably should start a thread on the event on here for those who don't know about it, but we started this last year as a memorial to Chris and probably had about 50 Rx7's and 75 people at the event. We had a good long tour, BBQ, and a lot of good times. People donated small amount to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in Chris' name. We raised about $3500.

This year there will probably be about 100+ Rx7's from all over the country and with at least 10 people driving in from Canada. If you knew Chris or just want to hang out, this is quite an event. There will be about 15 20b-powered cars, including a couple of very nice FC's.
