I figured i should share some of my 20B swap stuff with you guys over here. I was guessing i was going to make around 230-240HP and i ended up making a best of 228 HP on my final tune with my exhaust and air filter on. I ended up routing my exhaust through the stock TII catback and i'm not running a cat on it. I then ran the car again with open header and no filter, i got 233whp. Heres the video and graphs from yesterday: (my engine bay is dirty again, so hush)

very cool to see the exhaust header glowing red hot too!!!!!!!!!! i bet there is more power to be had with that motor with a little more tuning.

Nah, I'm pretty happy with where i'm at 13.2 a/f and 24* Advanced timing. That puts me right where i want to be. I'm currently running 0*split so i want to be on the safe side.

What is done to this motor besides the header? Is it rebuilt with higher compression rotors or anything like that?

Recon that 233 hp. is all there is in a NA without porting? I'm putting my 20B in an airplane and sure planned on it turning out about 280+ hp with a street port. I need at least 280hp out of it.

My extend port is making 245rwhp with stock rotors. This is on a dyno dynamics which read 15% less than a dynojet & other American dynos.

This would put it up over 280 rwhp over there.
