I recently bought a 1985 rx7 gs about a month ago and just finished getting it street ready execpt all the rims and lug nuts are rusted and tires are dry rotted so I want to replace them all. right now it has 14 x 6 on it need a bit more traction so I was looking at these 15 x8 for a cheap alternative

I don't think so. I believe all but the gsl-se are 4x110mm. The SE is 4x114.3
Unless you're lucky and some one swapped your suspension over to the SE pattern. Take a tape measure and measure center to center on two lugs opposite each other. If they are 114.3mm it should be 4.5" I think. If less you have 110mm. Or even better if you have a measuring caliper use that in the mm setting.
