would it be a removable piece that you could put back on when necessary? cause if so, since u already got a roll bar in there and the chassis stiffness I assume wouldnt take too much of a hit because of hte bar, id say go for it, its really original and looks nice

IMO, you shoud leave it stock, I wouldn't cut it. If you were going to change the top, I'd change it to a convertible.
