Ok, well I might leave them on for now and just get some high quality pads.

RightHandDrive: How hard was it to change them over? Whats involved?

Thats my question too.And if he used the 4 lug setup to use stock pattern wheels or if he went with the 5 lug setup.Mike is right tho.Sometimes good pads are all thats needed.Even DirectFreak on his insane cosmo swap FB project is just running SE brakes.Thats all you need seeing as they are bigger than regular 4x110 brakes.

I spoke to a mechanic (my uncle) who reckons changing the rotors is a reasonably easy job. He explained the process and it seems doable. A lot of guys over here change their fronts and rears to Holden Commodore types, because they are 5 lug pattern and huge and parts are more than readily accessible.

That will give you a much larger selection of wheels to choose from.

Nope sorry, all I know is that lots of people over here put them on their rx2's, rx3's and 808's that they turn into rx3's, because the factory brakes are shite against a 13B (T, PP, BP, SP) upgrade.

Also some people change their rx7'ses too.

Smog Fighter- There's enough rims for the 4 stud SE pattern thanks to ricers, so I'm not to worried about that.

Yeah I think the SE's brakes are good unless you want to break the 400rwhp barrier. But even then I hear of people who use those breaks on bigger power numbers.Just need upgraded lines and pads.
