Just the ECU number itself as far as I know.87 is N332 and 88 is N333

Not one to dig up old threads, but my T2 ecu is a N340. Can anybody shed some light? Or is it a j-spec thing?

Its a j-spec one.Which means no emissions garbage.Mine won't have emissions either tho. Less stuff to hook up.

Cool.

As usual I've got something more complicated than usual. My friend who I bough the half-cut off, was told that it is from a late-model s4, so its like a s4/s5 hybrid. Its got the s4 flywheel and clutch, but other bits are different to a s4. I just hope I got the s5 rotors and turbo. Having mech OMP would be a bonus.

It'll get a mech OMP anyways seeing the 12a cover has one stock anyways.
