ok I've got an 84 gsl-se with a 87 Turbo II swap. my problem is I have an 87 NA tranny. and the wholes for the tranny mount dont line up. The second gen tranny mount has one big whole on each side, and the gsl-se tranny mount has two small wholes on each side. what should I do? should I drill another small whole next to the existing big whole and then use a washer on the larger whole????

Ok, I had a look for you, but I couldn't find it. There is a couple of threads on this from memory. They all involve redrilling or slotting the mount to fit.

 

would a Gsl-se tranny mount work??
