tmrw im trading my 86 base model with hks suspension and rb exhaust for an fb. 85 gsl with a fresh built 79 12a with 10k on it and rotary engineering itb carbs. but it needs a distributor. anyone know where to find one for cheap or is there a mod to make it coil and delete dizzy?

 

i'm not sure about swapping the distributor for electronic ignition but being that those parts are expected to wear out and are common between all early rx-7's i would think that most parts stores should have them? you can also find them here: http://mazdatrix.com/ign-1.htm
