[quote name='drifter' date='Jun 16 2003, 06:19 PM'] Yeah I know, I've gotta get a place to work on it, then I'll be set.
I went over to his place and paid him for the half-cut, he took me out for a spin in his 180sx. Pretty nice, but its got nothing on a rotary turbo. Its got a CA18DET running about 11psi boost. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png Great score on the T2 parts car! Get ahold of your rx7 mates and throw a "Lets Turbo Drifter's RX-7" party. I figure a Keg of Fosters and some Pizzas at a friends house and you could be driving it when the weather warms up! Well, I drink anything with a % in it.
https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683651.gif No, seriously I like a beer called Rogers which is produced locally by Little Creatures Brewery. Its a dark midstrength brew. Hopefully I'll be drinking plenty of it after my project is finished...and maybe sometimes during. I rang up one of my friends when I got the half-cut and he didn't believe me, haha, he thought I was joking, cos I'd been doing f*ck-all on the project and was gonna save my money for a trip to europe. Too good an opportunity to pass up. Travelling can wait. |

haha no.
Its only 1:45pm, I'm at work...doing nothing. When I get a place to put my cars in, then I'll celebrate. Then I'll sober up and get to working on my car. |

We export it all over the world and keep our good beers here. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png The downside is everyone else in the world thinks that we drink it. Sol. I've heard of that, never tried it though. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683329.gif |
PICS!!!
Here she is. The background info is that it was rebuilt about 5-10K's ago, so its a fresh engine. The previous owner in Japan decided to drift the passenger side into a pole/tree. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...R#>/unsure.png http://home.iprimus.com.au/alines/rx7/posts/engine1.jpg http://home.iprimus.com.au/alines/rx7/posts/engine2.jpg http://home.iprimus.com.au/alines/rx7/posts/engine3.jpg http://home.iprimus.com.au/alines/rx7/posts/engine4.jpg |
