I want to street port my 12a when I take it in, but I dont have much more money than for the rebuild and porting, would the stock carb give enough fuel for a decent sized Streetport? or would I need to get a mild streetport to keep the carb?

anyone know of any Cheap, but easy to install carbs that I might be able to get if I need a diff carb?

With a good exhaust system you will max out the stock carb's flow with a stockport. The stock carb will only flow enough for 140-145hp. You can make the port as big as you want, you just won't get as much power as you want until you upgrade the carb.

You can also try Paul Yaw at Yaw Power Products. I thinks is www.Yawpower.com He modifies stock cards for different race applications.
