I know most of them are stuck on with double sided tape. Are the ones that go around the side markers the same way?Or do they have pins holding them there???

Stuck on with double sided tape. Not hard to remove unless you get the tape residue on the car and its a pain.

When or if you put them back on using double sided tape, try the 3M tape. All the other Auto part store brands I have used never stuck worth a crap besided the 3M.

3M general purpose adhesive cleaner is a good choice to remove the adhesive, also if you plan on putting the trim back on, make sure as much of the old tape is off the moulding. As well as the car itself like J9F3s said. The 3M tape is double sided trim and emblem tape, it comes in all widths. Just a warning, if there was any body work or paint work done on your car, alot of shops leave the molding on when they paint, make sure you dont have any paint work, or when you take the molding off, it might take the surrounding paint off with it, and there will be a hardline of paint where the molding once was as well.

Body shop supply places sell a wheel that you can chuck in a drill to remove adhesive with, and not damage the paint. I use them all the time to remove stripes and stuff. All you have to do when you get done is wax the area where the tape was.

Make sure your paint job isn't too old (look in the doorjambs to see if the outside is faded), if it is, you'll have a dark line where the trim was. Mine was repainted with the molding on, so I can't take it off.
