Like the title says.I have a friend with a MAZDASPEED rad cap that looks like it will fit my stocker SE rad.The size says its 1.3 bar and its new in the packaging still.Straight out of japan.Does anyone know if this will fit my FB?

it might, the newer replacement radiators have the small cap

EXACTLY!!! My new radiator has the small cap. I'm trying to find a replacement cheapie just so I can fire up my car.
