Looks to be a fully loaded SE when I bought it.I just got some 15" Enkei RF1's for it and just ordered a Erebuni body kit to go with it.I will have the same kit as Viperx7's car in 3 weeks.Plus this is the first FB I've seen up here with the stock 3 piece wing on it.Pics will be posted here tonight. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png Can't wait to finish the installing the interior and start the T2 swap.Make som hondas my new bitches. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif

Not trying to copy you viper.I'm staying stock spoiler and will have a totally different color on it by fall.Yeah those enkei's are really nice. What a stupid moron for taking the interior out and screwing up the connections on the wiring. It'll be awhile till I start the swap itself.Need to piece the interior back together first. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

Nice!

setzep 11-05-2003 06:20 PM

Does the turbo fit well on the manifold? I mean does the manifold transition well into the turbine housing?

Go put all the goods on the car then post a pic https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

I'm waiting for my V-band kit to show up before I throw it in the car.I think I might wait till the is running on the stocker turbo before I swap over.

Racer X 11-07-2003 11:43 PM

Sorry about the size.I just took this.Damn bad lighting.Heres the FMIC. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

setzep 11-09-2003 10:16 AM

Wow, that fills up the area! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png It sure hangs down a bit too much though. You'll probably hit it on something down the line and ruin your day. I'd hate to hear a "I busted the bottom of my intercooler off today" thread. Why did you use those big red straps to hold it in there? They block a lot of airflow. Could you mount it in there at more of a angle so it woulden't be so low to the ground? Anyways, it should keep the air cool either way https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

Here is a old pic of how I mounted mine. Please excuse the dirty car https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png It was just short enough to not go any lower than the front crosmember.

setzep 11-09-2003 10:25 AM

Did you remove the round tube that is shown infront of my IC or is your IC mounted infront of it?

Jeff20B 11-09-2003 02:06 PM

Wow, that is tall!

Mine is just infront of it under the valance. It has about .5" of clearance up top and 4.25" on the bottom with my 1" drop springs

Those strapes are 3/8 Flat bar steel from work. Its a weekend warrior anyways.Theres always a alternate route around speed bumps. Thanks god theres a handful of places with bumps and I know them well with my 83. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif The intercooler is like 28" long the core itself before the endtanks.Thats why its there. No real other way to mount the bastard.Suspension parts get in the way every other time.

setzep 11-10-2003 09:17 PM

No tabs welded onto the tanks to mount to?

Man that sucker is HUGE https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

Thanks. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif Goes great with my HUGE T04E I have waiting for a V-band from cheap turbo dot com to get here.Everything is huge on this small car.2.5" IC piping with a 3" exhaust from the turbo back after I swap the turbo out.I just got my 3" muffler in today. This is going to be pimp in spring. When my weekend warrior comes out to play at the track and on the occasional cruise. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif

hmm... 2.5" IC tubing... 3" turbo back... sounds a bit like my car https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png You're going to love it.

Need some huge injectors now for it to haul.

setzep 11-12-2003 05:07 PM

Go to the ford dealer and get yourself a pair of 1650cc ford motorsport bosch injectors. p/n XL3Z 9F593 CA bosch p/n 280 150 839

Last summer they went for $80 a piece.
