Took the motor out the other day. Alot of seal wear on the rear rotor. Plus one of the rear apex seals was broken. Luckly the seal stayed in the rotor. Side seals were also worn pretty bad, the ones on the back side facing the rear plate were the worst. no bearing damage.

well my full bridge isnt ready. Some local guys donated most of the parts I needed, full set of atkins apex seals and springs. Then another guy gave me new side seals and springs. All that was left was the gasket set and I bought it. Ive been around as far as engine builders. Again I find my self jumping ship to a new shop. No problems, when I took my motor out and apart Benito Velez AKA EL Loquito recomended that I change my ports a tad to make more power. Cool but the man got sick and long story short had to get open heart surgery. He'll be out of commission for some time. There are two races this month. Battel of the imports next sunday at Orlando speed world. Then one of the most anticipated events of the year at lakeland motorsports park the following weekend, Puerto Rico VS US. So I decided to use my back up motor a half bridge. What can I say this white boy loves to race. The motor is in and runs just needs to be tuned up.

went to battel of the imports sunday. red light in the seconed round due to clutch issues. half bridge did 13.3 granny shifting. staging was a pain, put the car in gear and tack her up, and she starts to creep after a seconed or two. So i let the other guy stage first then i staged and tacked her up after the first amber. that worked great in the first round. seconed round i did it too early and ate the lite. when i switched motors the disk was a tad worn and that pressure plate has benn around so maybe its time for new ****. I had lots of fun and i wana thank my friends that help me out. racing dosent work without friends at least when your poor. who sells a good clutch for racing that is good quality and wont break the bank?

its been a long time last run was sep 09... The half bridge supn both rotor bearings. She likes to pull the front wheels up. The last pass in sep i broke 3 out of 4 wheel studs on the driver front... It could have been real bad. The car got super loose almost crashed... new clutch new gears ford rear is in. The full bridge is going to be closed tonight or tomorrow. All new bearings she's gonna need a **** load of break in time... The neighbors will be happy. oh well **** them I'll try to snap some pics of the rebuild..

lol nice man! i pulled off my muffler of my single turbo fd and my neighbors got a little unhappy. i tried my fb with the headers dumping under the car and it was louder than my fd. thankfully i did it during the afternoon when noone was home in the neighborhood lol.
