pre q? if mmo is magic but somewhat thin if it's mixed 1;3 with 2cyl oil- 4oz to 8oz in a 16oz coke bottle with the omp working. at aprox. 1;128 at fill up would'nt this be win-win? lub, cleaning, majic=groovy? any opinions?

 

What the **** are you smoking? Lol I honestly can't make any sense of what you wrote but I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you're asking about 2-stroke oil?

 

sorry quess i should read what i type. i smoke black& milds they're americas favorite, and i did abbrevate cylinder when i was going for stroke. that said it's an honest q?. if mmo is good but light weight and helps clean carbon & deposits would'nt mixing it with a 2 stroke oil go handNhand ? mmo goes into 2 stroke engines, 2stroke oil is supposed to burn & burn cleaner soo why would'nt it be like getting chocolate in your peanut butter. even if it did'nt help that much what harm could it do? i'm trying 4oz of mmo to 12oz of valvoline 2 stroke just wondering and the seems to smell better/sweeter but i quess that's subjective.

 

I've never used mmo but I'm assuming it's a 2-stroke additive? I wouldn't think it would hurt anything and if it cleans too then it will probably help prevent carbon buildup on the apex seals. I'd say go for it but I do a one ounce per gallon premix on mine so I'm not sure what mixture the mmo suggests when you're doing that mix

 

And FYI, I smoke camels unless I can get ahold of a good cigar, which is hard to do this far north lol

 

 

tpg yes thus spake the bottle abrigdedly since 1923, ... those in the know depend on Original Formula Marvel Mystery Oil. the bottle reads like a snake oil salesmans pitch, however, from reading alot of threads/ topics/ q? many rotory owners swear by it. i was wondering if anyone did put it in their premix and if so in what ratio to the 2 cycle oil. i just started premixing a few fill ups ago & mixing it in from the begining. i don't know how to know for sure if it really makes a markedly noticeably improvement without someone(not me) having done it for awhile & taking their engine apart to see. for me it helps my PMA - positive mental attitude. i believe it's helping, BUT i want to believe not always a good system. damn it looks like i post like i talk long & winding g/nite.

 

I started off using MMO but now I premix with the Walmart brand TC-W3 two stroke premix (has a blue tint color). So far doesn't seem to hurt and adds a piece of mind when driving even though I have my OMP hooked up.



I use half ounce to a gallon ratio.

 

boyee. thanks for the reply. i've switched over to havoline tc-3w & mmo but i've been doing 1oz to 1gal . my omp is still connected. that said it smokes more/longer on start up. i'm going to try 8oz to 16 gal next fill up and see if it changes the amount of smoke. i'm thinking maybe 1oz per gal is too much.
