what parts are you talking about? many of the parts are interchangable, so a detailed list of what you need would be beneficial so we can tell you if you can use any year part or not.

Here's my translation:

I just pulled the 12a out of my '79 parts car. I know the engine is from a different car, but I don't know what year. I need to know what year RX-7 the engine is from so I know what parts will fit it. Are there any special marks or anything on the engine that tells you what year it is?

Look on the front rotor housing, does it say 12a? if it does what parts do you need?

the only real difference is the california 80's with an egr passage, and the 83-85 has lighter rotors, everything else is interchangeable. the 83-85 rotors you can tell because they have 2 letters stamped into each rotor face, where the 74-82 rotors only have the one

Seriously dude, get a new keyboard. Even a second-hand one that works is better. You'll get better responses from people if they can read what your on about.

On the engine topic, as everyone has already said, all 12a parts are interchangable between the years, so you shouldn't have any probs getting your parts.
