Ok i know where a white first gen is just sitting mildew on it and everything else. My mom told me about it so im going to go look at it the end of this week and see if the poeple may want to sell it. I plan on doing a compression test on it to find out if it has a blown motor or not but lets say it doesnt what will i want to do to get it started? I dont know the year or anything else on this car either. Will it be pretty much like my 2nd gen and ill find my self pretty much at home?

Welp, although i've never started an FB that wouldnt start before (Besides mine when it floods...), i have no PERSONAL experience here.

However i have heard that putting MMO through the carb into the engine works. Also people have said this doesnt work. So i dont know. Thats just the wives tales they tell you...

bring a can of carb spray, if its got a carb you can just spray it down there. if it doesnt want to start you gotta check the same things as any other car; spark, fuel, compression and it should run

I just got back from going to look at it. I didnt even get out of my car. It had about 3 inches of leafs/sticks on the hood the white paint was green. The pass. side was covered with a tarp and the car had sunk in to the ground so much the front bumper was touching the ground and looked messed up. Guess ill have to keep looking.
