When I was browsing for a GSL-SE oil pan, I cam across these baffles, does anybody use one?

If so, is it worthwhile?

I'm going to experiment with building my own baffle plate. I've got to swap pans anyway.

what are you gonna build it from?

From what i've read, they prevent the oil getting all foamy and full of air or something, keeps the air and oil separate???

That's what I was going to use. I've got an old road sign here to cut up. I've already used it as a shifter housing spacer to use a 4 speed shifter on a 5 speed tranny. Works good.
