Im planning on going direct fire ignition. Is there an ignitor that I can use from a local part store that will work?

if you read through the how tos on this subject you will see that they say you can use an hei gm ignitor for pretty much any gm car.



go in there and get 3 ignitors for like a 79 vette, just make sure theyre the hei ones

Right, accept I already read that. They dont list an "ignitor" for a vette. Would it be an "ignition control module"?

i asked for the 79 vette ones and they brought out a 4 pin ignitor.
