i've got a friend who has an 85.... and i was driving it the other day... i noticed that it was kinda lacking power in the low end... not much power at all through 2nd... once you hit 3rd it picks up, but it just isn't what i was expecting on the low end... i'm just curious if any of you have encountered this, and if so what your experiences have been...

Running a high flow exhaust without cats will help it out nicely too.

Get a header and get rid of those POS cats. Makes all the difference in the world.
