I have an 85 rx7 12a,the guy before me put in reverse glow gauges in and none of my stock instrament lights work like the stock dash lights or heater controls.it does not have a radio & no power running to it, same with the cigarette lighter.I checked the wiring in the gauges everything seems fine and the fuses in the fuse pannel look good.Input would be appreciated !

 

if you plug in the 2 bullet connectors, by the shifter, it blows the dash light dimmer

 

i looked up how to test the dimmer and it tested ok.

 

hmm, odd. does the dimmer get power?
