I wanted to make my FB look newer. kinda like it was made in the 90's?? I want your guys opinion on it. Is it fly? or is it to "Out there"?? Please remember it's still a project, and it still needs work.

Yeah, that pic on your avatar is shwank as hell. You gotta do the flush mount headlight conversion on the project car tho. That'd look bad ***. It just wouldn't look right with the lights up blocking the scoops.

Yeah, I plan to get the flush headlights, But DAMN!! CPracing wants a arm and a leg for them. plus there prices keep on going up. even the DIY kit is $350 on sale right now $500 reg!!

I've got semi-mixed feelings. I really like that your goal is to update it to a more modern look, but I would buy a first-gen for it's vintage appeal. I'm sure there's plenty of market for something like that though.

yeah I got my FB because it was cheaper insure, cheaper to upgrade?, plus i got the car for $200. Plus is it the lightest out of the three gens??(don't know for a fact). Always thought the stock front-ends were "funky"

Yes, lightest. I want a first-gen so bad I can taste it. Just saying that I would get it because it's got that vintage appeal to it, but I also have the FD and 8, so that would mean that I already have the modern rotaries.
