It goes something like this:
1) buy a new set of plugs - you will need them for after the treatment
2) buy a quart of ATF or Marvels Mystery oil - Marvels smells better
3) steal a tablespoon from the kitchen - for the application of the treatment
4) remove the trailing (top) plugs - access to rotors/seals
5) align 20*ATDC mark with pointer - for a place to start
6) spoon feed the rotors 2 tbsp oil - through plug holes
7) rotate crankshaft by hand 360* - to bring another set of seals around
8) repeat step 6 - 2nd seal set
9) repeat step 7 - ...
10) repeat step 6 - 3rd set
11) repeat step 7 - last time
12) re-install old plugs - keep dirt out
13) let sit overnight - yes, overnight
14) wake up very early - give yourself enough time for starting and running and
changing the plugs
15) pray - it might help and never hurts
16) make sure not to wake the neighbors - when they see the amount of smoke
coming fron your car they might call the fire department!!
17) fire in the hole!! - time for another prayer
18) run for @ 10-15min - get some freash air
19) change the plugs - last step
