The paint job on the front-cover and water pump/housing have gotten some cleanup work since this was taken.





I'll post more pics later.





JHB Cermet housings, ported to the extreme.





The bridge after rough-in, before being smoothed.



Goal is 500whp, but I won't cry if it only makes 450.

first, that looks great man, very nice work





second, please don't hurt me for being stupid, but is that black line along the intake porting the side seal groove? (or whatever it's called) or maybe it's that area just beyond the "dark" markings...i hope so

Exhaust is 1.0 A/R (divided). Ludwig's last similar incarnation was a milder port using the same turbo with a smaller hotside... It put down 442 at the wheels on a dynojet.

Pretty motor, ugly car.















Notice how close the wastegate is to the scattershield. Took lots of work to get clearance.

Are you running a 2nd gen water pump? What is your entire pulley setup?

S4 N/A Water-pump, pulley, housing, and crank pulley. TII alternator with a dual belt pulley.
