Yes, your problem could be due to clogged cats, dirty fuel filter, bad fuel pump, or the 5/6 ports not working. You will have to go through and check each to try to find the problem. I would check the 5/6 actuators first (doesn't cost anything) and then maybe put on a new fuel filter (about $30 or so). The fuel filter often gets neglected, so if you don't know when the last time a filter was put on, you might as well replace it even if that it not the problem.

cant you just remove the aux. ports and get better performance. Or does that not work propperly with efi. I know if you got a carb set up ripp thoes bitches out . but I know that yall seem to have stock efi.

well i wired mine open to see if it pulled any harder and it did but it idled at like 3g. but my friend doesent have a cat to make the ports open so there wired open all the time and it runs fine.....
