I recently tried to install a 6A on an RX-2 and based on the instructions from MSD it didn't work. Has anyone tried to do this on a 1st Gen. Rx-7 or 1st gen motor. I desperately need some help here!

 

Does your distributor use points or does it have ignitors?

If you are using the later RX-7 dizzy with dual ignitors, goto this link :MSD Install



If you are using points, connect the white MSD wire to the leading points output that would normally go to the coil and don't use the Green/purple MSD wires. The rest is the same.
