Lost The Motor

well after 13 years and 144,000 HARD miles the engine in my gsl-se quietly lost an apex seal. this motor had seen 25mpg, 9500+ rpms, and most of the racetracks in northern california.



replacing it will be a gsl-se block with s5 na rotors and flywheel, i built the replacement in 99....

woohoo! gsl-se block with s5 na rotors.

So you finally blew it. That is a good life. I remember back in the days when people would say "dont buy a rotary, You need to replace the points (apex seals) every 60,000 km's"

how you proved them wrong.
