Any 1 done this? mazdatrix sells jets for pretty cheap and I need to rebuild so what the hell. I just dont know much about it. I want more power untill I swap in the 13B. I have full exhaust, ignition, getting a fuel pump and regulator. and I am porting the intake manifold alittle, and no emissions.

No experience with jetting the nikki but done enough carbs to know that jetting can either be painless or you'll end up with a smashed carb cause you threw it at the wall. If I were you, my experience with Holley's have always been good, and what you may sacrifice with power on a holley you make up for ease of tuning and it'll be easier to live with in the long run. (That and I do know that they are easier to rebuild than a nikki LOL)

i've jetted a couple of them. not hard at all. all you need to do is take the top cap off, you can get to them there. i believe stock on my 80 was 94 primaries and 120 secondaries. i went to 110''''s and 160's. gave me a bit more boost. i also adjusted the carb so the secondaries opened alot sooner. that wasn't hard either, i can't remember now, but it wasn't hard. good luck
