i have owned a fb, had an 85 gsl . 15x7 rims from bbs looked great. now as far as my comment i do apologize for it. i was way to harsh. i was in a bad mood yesturday from dealing with a few customers who think ebay is the **** and i am loosing out big time and im tired of it. so sorry man cought me on a bad day. and to the guy who says internet is the **** i find it better to deal one on one with people and be social not be stuck behind some computer. you cannot belive everything you read online.

No the internet is not the **** it is what it is...it has definately put some store-front owners in the poor house and it's definately not a one on one basis as far as dealing in person but it is what it is; "Easier for the consumer, harder for the store-front owner" because they can't compete w/internet price(in most cases not all). That'a why my new motocross T-shirt, hooded sweatshirt, visor caps, ect will be marketed and sold on the internet...I'm 34 and the good old days are over and it sucks but it's all good.

You have been forgiven

bbs is the company?

From what I've seen people have fit 8" wide wheels and tires in the wheel wells. Especially if you are in the 13-14" realm. Now people have used fender flare rollers to give some more room or if you are good with body work you can take VW Cabrio fender flares for the front and rear and mold them on.

what is a fender flare roller?

Well I'm back from town, went to autozone for some parts...I'm really suprised at the parts that they no longer carry for the RX7...no carb rebuild kits. They have to order rad hoses, water pumps, distributor, coils, and can't even get/don't carry alot of stuff like trans modulator, plugs(other than "Denso")...the carb rebuild kit is what really torqued me up.

I'll do a search on BBS.

There's a user by the name of jose13b on here, I'm trying to find out where he got his wheels, they ROCK!

If I end up using the adapter plates to get to the 4x114 do you think when I order the wheels that they will give me an option for offset because if so that would definately eliminate any fender rub?

You guys gotta forgive me, I can rebuild a 2 or 4 stroke dirtbike engine in the dark but the RX7 complexity is really kicking my ***!

www.racingbeat.com

I believe they have them. Click on the rotors and take a look around.

Now as far as Denso plugs they are good. Nippondenso makes a lot of good electrical.

If you are going to rebiuld the carb, think about changing to something better. A rebiuld kit is like 330.00 where a weber is 450.00 new from Pineapple racing here in the NW. Just a thought
