Honestly, if your concerned w/ MPG - you would need to look into a better commuter car, rotary engines (especially the older they are) are not friendly on MPG... |

Then they rob about 5hp. I went electric when my clutch fan crapped out and started free-wheeling, but the damage to my motor was done. I much prefer electric fans, but that's my opinion. I still run a fixed fan on my big Cadillac, but then a 5hp loss is only 1 percent. A cold air intake is a good idea. In cold weather you have to properly warm up your car before you drive it to prevent carburetor icing, but you should properly warm it up anyways. |
