hahaha That sux.. I used to hate that on my dad vanagon.. Needed a broom stick to hold it up..

or be ghetto like my dad and drill a hole in the snock body so you can insert a nail or thin bolt through it to keep the hatch up..

thats a brand name, but I've never seen the ones w/ lights(2nd gen) 1st gen is listed in their book tho.

Check at Canadian Tire. They offer a lifetime warranty on the hatch struts they sell.
