Thats the spirit CJ.Make the rotary live on to see another day. :bigthumg: Props to you for doing your own work.I love a DIY. Why pay someone to work on it when you can yourself?

Hey CJ, I'm a mechanic of about 13 years now, hopefully will have my own shop soon. I'm the treasurer of the 'Seven of clubs' Mazda car club of Qld so I quite regularly get to play with all sorts of the mighty rotors. Where abouts are you?? Queenslanders in the house!! Just watch that Mazda/rotary bug, it bit me 14 years ago now and the tally at the moment is 58 mazdas since then,38 of them have rotated. There is no known treatment or cure but it beats the **** out of collecting stamps!!!LOL

It had to have been something on the trailing side making your tach jump like that.

Hey CJ, I know exactly where Gayndah is mate, been there quite a few times in my younger rallying years. Fantastic citrus fruit comes from there. We're trying to expand everywhere,so yeah we'd love to hear from you. it Would be great to have a representitive from there, you can be our contact man! We except all sorts of Madzas and other 4 Cyls rockets as well so if you know of other owners they're more than welcome. Just drop me a PM and I'll get some info/membership forms to you.
