It depends where you live, Atkins is a popular choice for some while others have issues with them. I would suggest factory mazda parts as a good standard.

Stay tuned I think that someone else in the NW is going to start selling kits here pretty soon. Personally I would stay away from Atkins. I think you know why...

Until then there is Pineapple. That is where I got my kit...

The price of the kit depends heavily on what all you need. If your apex seals are shot, you'll spend at least $200 more over a basic kit, or up to $900 for a kit that includes everything. If you just want to reseal it and go (for example, just rebuilding it to stop a dowel pin oil leak) then you can get a kit for a little over $100.

Yeah I dropped close to 1k on parts. I am going to have mostly new parts though. A good majority of that cost was the Apex seals.

That-a-boy! If you need any tech help let me know. I would be glad to see another turbo FB in the area. When are you going to be done with it? I am going to make a turbo FB video at the end of the summer prob. If you are up and running you are welcome.

Did you find that turbo FB write-up informative? I am still looking for a response from you on that.
