Funny story:

I know a guy who runs the local community rally car team. Basically the local community wanted kids off the streets, so sponsored this guy to buy some rally cars and teach the kids to drive them and do mechanic **** in their own garage and be proud of their work and stuff. ANyway, I saw him the other day and asked him what he was up to, etc, etc, and I told him that I was restoring an 84 rx-7. He was like "oh, I used to have one, but I just sold it to a mate for $400 with license, but there's a rather embarrasing story with that". So I'm like, "go on". So anyway, he told me how he was driving it and it stops running and he can't get it started. A friend of his says, "oh I think your motor must be blown", so he sells it to another friend of his (who apparently is a rotor-minded guy) for the $400. This guy says thanks, puts fuel in the tank and drives off.

Moral of the story, before you sell your car with a suspected "blown engine" check the fuel guage.... (true story, I LMAO)



Sad story:

I have to move out of my workshop/double garage in less than 3 weeks. I have all my shizza and cars stored at a friends house where I work on it, but their lease is up at the end of april and 2 are moving out meaning unless they get new housemates, they can't renew the lease and I have to move all my **** and cars somewhere. I can't move in there, so its all bad. My project is gonna get all stuffed up.

hahaha.Good story.Damn sounds like you need those panels welded ASAP.I hope you can find a spot somewhere nearby to finish the 84.Thats going to be a pimped car when its finished and painted.
