Heh, is that even possible? Perhaps without a clearcoat, but it would still probably be a little glossy.

The flat black made for military vehicles, as well as the other earth tones they are painted, not someting you can get at an automotive paint suppplier or at the local parts house, radar has a hard time picking it up. Cops usually shoot radar @ your license plates, might look suspicious if it was painted flat black!
