Not sure what happened now. I drove the car home from work last Friday, and it ran fine. I got in it this morning to go back to work after the holiday, and it will not fire up. Turns over plenty fast, but no fire apparently. Didn't make any odd noises while starting. Top of the carb is wet, so it's getting fuel, fuel pump runs and the whole deal. What's the usual culprit on a sudden no start? Ignitors(ers?),,,,BB

I remember it being hard to start after sitting a few days before, but that was because the fuel had drained back into the tank. The carb was wet but not flooded, so it may be something else.

Really now? They're NGK's and barely over a year old and low mileage. Do they just "go out" like that? Not sure if it has spark or not yet. Too cold, and tired of messing with it until tomorrow. I imagine it could be no spark.,,,,BD

Yes, they do! If they get a nice coat of gas or oil on them and they will not work. Take the plugs out clean them at least (if you have a gas stove put them in the flame, it burns off the oil and gas and warms them up). Crank over the the engien a few times without he plugs (to clean out any old gas or oil). Put the plugs back in and start.

If you don't have spark, check the ignitors.

Well it's been running for a while now. It turns out I was an idiot, lol. I forgot the cardinal rule. I moved the car and shut it off while it was still cold. The apex seals lost their prime, and subsequently compression. I will not do that again. Thanks for the help, all is good now.,,,,BB
