I just dont think its cool.

On a civic or something it would be a conversation piece...

It just takes away from cars that are more "sports cars" from the factory IMO

I would love to install that door kit on our rx7. I like the look, but to each there own not every one has the same taste. I just want to know what kit the guy used. I cant find a company that makes one for the first gen. if any one knows let me know.

Call me weird, but I think it works. The doors on our cars are too long. The door hinges are crapping out, and if the parking space is narrow it's extra difficult to get out. The forward hinging doors solve both problems.

lambos really wont help solve a crappy door hinge problem.

Yeah, you'll replace your worn ones. but expect to be dealing with the same issues soon. I like some of autolocs products, but would never pay that price for something like that. There just not up to my liking from a mechanical or aestetic standpoint. They almost always swap, esp in the wind. I dont trust them, etc...

eh not my cup of tea. some reason reminds me of a delorean.

please excuse me for being picky, but there are 3 different types of doors. Scissor doors (lambo doors), Butterfly doors, and Gull wings (De' Lorean). Scissor doors flip forward, gull wings flip up (like a seagull's wings), and butterfly doors are a combonation of the 2, they flip forward, while flipping up. I'll post some pics up later, because i have to get up in 5 hours.
