I've been working with my ignition for a few weeks now. After shorting out my stock igniters I decided to go with GM HEI moduals. I've got three accel mods attached to three accel superstock coils. After checking my wiring over and over again it still wouldn't start. I left it alone for a couple weeks then I decided to pull a plug it was soaked with fuel. after 2 weeks still fuel wow thats flooded!!! So I installed new plugs and it fired right up. wow do I feel stupid thats what happens when your all pissed off and not thinking straight. Well anyway I haven't even timed it yet and it purrs, On cold start up I didn't need the choke it idled without the normal rotary stumble and skip and when I reved it the tach pinned very fast. I couldn't believe the throttle response I can't wait to get it timed and take her out to the streets and I owe it all to smogfighter thanks.

wow it still starts i thought it may have been a dream. Well I'm not gonna mess with trying to guess the timing I have a light with an advance dial but it only goes up to 30. So I'm gonna pull the pully and mark it like I seen in the aticle floating around on the board. I'll keep you guys up to date.

I haven't been able to drive it yet, I cant get it out of the garage my brothers dead TII is in the way but as soon as its moved I'm going to take it for a quick spin. Its that time of year to put it back on the road. As good as it runs now I'm sure I'll be pleased.
