[quote name='spiney360' date='Jun 3 2005, 02:19 PM']it does it every time.. and i get oil squirting out of the rear housing

you mean between the rotor housing and steel plate? or maybe from the oil injector at the top of the rear rotor housing? I worked on a 2nd gen that smoked like a freight train from one day to another, it would seem oil from between the header and housing and it turned out to be the OMP was shooting more oil thru only one of the lines that supplied the rear rotor, but normal thru the rest..
replaced the OMP and problem was solved......check out the flow on the lines, wipe them down if they are not clear enough to see thru and see if one may be shooting more than others........worth the shot before tearing down the block to replace rotor seals.
