Clutch/tranny Question

hey on that car im looking at there is a part that is sitting on top of the bell housing that seems to run under the tranny tunnel to somewhere. there is a line connected to it from the clutch cylinder, and what appears to be a bleeder on it as well. is this a stock part?

oh and when i got the car started today and put it in gear (1st and rev) there was a swooshing noise as i engaged the clutch. maybe bc its been sitting?

Don't know about the swooshing sound, but the part on top of the tranny is the slave cylinder.

ok, i drove the car today and didnt hear the noise. it just came to me that the noise was probably the tires spinning bc it is sitting in soft dirt/grass.
