also the spring on the clutch pedal part isn't very "springy" will that improve once it'sattatched to the clutch master?

yeah pressure plate is the spring, once its all in and bled, it'll be fine

no steering stays in. theres a clip on the pin for the brake and clutch, its a weird double saftey thing, so once you figure it out its easy. its just hard cause its under the dash

Hey thanks for all the help! I'm 18 and this is my first big car project it's interesting learning all this stuff... I checked out the clutch assembly and there's a connector above it for the "not-in-gear" neutral safety thing... Does that come straight from the starter? Will I need a new starter other than the automatic one or can I take the neutral switch wire from the automatic starter and send it to the clutch pedal and back?

they dont use the starter saftey thing on these cars, if there's a switch it would be for the cruise control. lol, careful not to mix up the brake light and cruise control plugs, as they are the same, did that once!

Ok I took all the bolts (and more) you said were on the pedal assembly and it won't budge

yeah every bolt is undone and the brake booster is disconnected but there's that bolt underneath that the assembly can't get by, therefore it won't come off..

no it's the bolt underneath the brake booster ones. the plate won't slip past that one and it's being a pain to happer out of there. the outsides basically the same as the cover of the cluth master cylinder thing.
