I have a chance to get a new Weber 48 IDA with a manifold. Does anyone on here have the 48 IDA setup and what would I need to hook this thing up? After reading some about the RB Holley setup, it looks like there is a lot of work involved. I want a new carb https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/BURNOUT.gif and it's really just a question between the Weber and a Holley from RB.

So what about all the vaccum lines and other hoses that go to the stock carb? Do they get plugged or would I need them to be run somewhere else? I might just end up going with the RB Holley. It's a couple hundred $$ cheaper. Is there much involved with installing a Holley?

with both of those you need to ditch the vacuum lines and solenoids
