Hmmm. Interesting. On the right side, underneath the dash, is a harness plug for a relay. I wonder if it is for the fuel pump relay. I didn't see any other relays on the right of the steering column. There was one, all the way up under the dash, really close to the column that was round, but held on by a 10mm nut. I took off the cover and pushed the plunger down, but didn't hear anything from the pump.

i think the next step is to take the drivers side bin out and jump the fuel pump.

Thanks Mike. That's what I'll do next.

if that works the fuel pump is good and you need to look at the triggering part of the system.

I took the bin out, but there are a whole lot of wires in there. Which ones should I jump?

its a 2 pin connector that goes down thru the floor, the fuel pump is right under that

I connected the fuel pump directly to a battery, and nothing happened. So I'm guessing that would be the problem.
