what size sheetmetal would you reccomend and where could you buy it from?

85turboGSLse, block off plates are used when you remove the airpump, do a search and you can find out all about them https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

I used 1/8" aluminum, got a little piece from a local fab shop for $0.

block off plates are for removing emissions stuff. Look here http://maz_tutorials.ten15.net/ it will tell you all you need to know.
